Regulatory Sequence Analysis Tools
Our laboratory is part of the Regulatory Sequence Analysis Tools (link: http://rsat.eu/) developer team. This tool suite is composed by several programs and pipelines focused on identifying patterns related to regulatory mechanisms such as transcription factor binding sites and regulatory motifs.

Identification of pathogenic variants affecting regulatory mechanisms in humans
Using computational approaches to analyze functional genomics data we aim to identify relevant tissue-specific regulatory mechanisms and bridge genetic and genetic epidemiology data to identify pathogenic variants affecting such mechanisms.

Annotation of tissue-specific regulatory networks
Through the analysis of functional genomics data such as those produced by RNA-seq and ChIP-seq technologies, together with pattern-matching and pattern-discovery approaches, we build tissue specific regulatory networks to better understand and model diseases.
