Graduated in International Commerce from the Cuauhnáhuac University in the State of Morelos, she has 22 years of experience in Public Administration, in 2001 she started at the Morelos Health Secretariat, having administrative activities as Assistant Director, in 2003 she served as Department of Human Development Chief, having administrative activities specific to the position, including being responsible of preparing the Annual Operating Program and the Annual Budget of the Directorate. In 2005, she began as Deputy Director of Continuous Improvement Process Monitoring and coordinating the operation of the State Quality Committee and the State Bioethics Commission, in addition to managing the budget assigned to the Directorate. In 2009 she served as Deputy Director of Financial and Material Resources, having as main responsibility the review, integration and processing of expenses incurred by the Administrative Units of the Ministry of Health. In 2013 she was assigned the position of Director of Financial and Material Resources, giving attention to all the Departments of the Ministry of Health. In June 2015, she began her work at the National Autonomous University of Mexico, serving as Head of the Resources Unit of the Administrative Coordination of the Morelos Campus, as responsible for budgetary operations and human resources of the Administrative Coordination and the Dependencies that make up The Campus. On December 2018, she served as Budgetary and Financial Administration of the National Council of Science and Technology (CONACYT) Director, managing the budget assigned to the Council, being responsible for the preparation of the Financial Statements, Public Account and the review, integration and processing of the expenses incurred by the CONACYT Directorates, as well as coordinating the information of the administrative areas of the Administration and Finance Unit, for the fulfillment of the obligations regarding transparency. Since April 1, 2023, she has been the Administrative Delegate of the International Human Genome Research Laboratory, managing financial, human, material and general services resources.
