My doctoral training focused on the study of hepatic lipid metabolism in mice subjected to food restriction, under the regulation of the food-synchronized oscillator. Currently, my research is centered on the characterization of lipid metabolism, histological analysis of hepatic zonation markers in mice carrying the PNPLA3 variant, and the assessment of fluorescent markers in tissue samples from patients with acral melanoma, using the PDX model.
