Architecture of an algorithm. Inspired by the deeply intriguing compositions of color, shape, and texture pioneered by world-renowned Mexican architect, Luis Barragán, the image symbolizes the temporal progression of simple, perfect-match computations to characterize genome variation. After detected signatures of variation are locally resolved, and discovered variants are introgressed and qualitatively validated, an undisturbed genomic landscape emerges.
